Who are your solutions for?
Small and medium-sized businesses in the European Union. Some products are for individuals, for example the Year-round Gift App.
Do I need to understand AI?
Not at all. We do the set-up and walk you through it in plain English. It's enough that you know your own business; we bring the technology.
Will you call me?
Only if you ask. By default everything is handled in writing, so you can always look back at what we agreed.
Who is behind AIM Agency?
AIM Agency is the brand of a sole trader registered in Hungary. The details are in the legal notice.
Prices and payment
Do I know the price in advance?
Yes, every product has a fixed price. You see them all on the Pricing page and on each product page.
When do I pay?
Only after we confirm your order, before the work starts. As long as you are only asking, nothing is binding.
Is there a monthly fee?
It depends on the product, and it is always marked separately at the price.
In which currency do I pay?
Prices are shown in euro. The payment currency and method are confirmed in writing with your order.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, we send an electronic invoice after payment.
Data
Where is my data?
We describe it exactly for each product, on the product page or in the offer. We only ask for the data the work needs.

Do you give legal advice?
No. We provide tools, information and drafts, with sources. Decisions and submissions are yours.
Who approves what the tool prepares?
Always you. You review and approve every draft before using it for anything.
