2. What we process, why, on what basis and for how long

The forms on this website open your own e-mail program; the data reaches us as an e-mail.
3. Who has access (recipients, processors)
- Google (Gmail, Google Workspace): e-mail and data storage.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting of this website.
- Számlázz.hu (KBOSS.hu Kft., Hungary): invoicing.
- Our accountant: accounting records.
- Anthropic (Claude): the AI tool we use in our work; the customer's materials may be processed there during the work.
We do not sell data and do not pass it on to third parties for marketing.
4. Your rights (GDPR Articles 15 to 22)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawing your consent at any time. Send your request to [email protected]. We answer within one month (GDPR Article 12(3)).
5. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence, or go to court (GDPR Articles 77 to 79).
6. Security
Two-step verification on our accounts, access only to the extent needed for the work, and we never ask customers for passwords.
