Refund policy

Our services are for businesses, so the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Instead, we give a money-back guarantee (section 7 of our terms):

• If the delivered work does not match the service description, tell us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We fix it within 5 working days or, if you prefer, refund the full price.
• The guarantee does not cover differences of taste where the work matches the description and your brief, or new content you request later.
• After a refund, the delivered materials may no longer be used.

Products sold to individuals (for example the gift app) have their own refund policy, linked on their product page.
